Every so often in the news several, school districts around the nation mention that they do not have then funding to pay for up keep, supplies, and wages. Then they explain why they are broke and provide their facts. I wounder why they're is no funding for education? Is the school districts fudging their records to hide something or miss use of funds? Now with private schools they have issued their finicanl reports on a regular basis. They show where their money goes. Plus the private schools show that their performance records are way much higher then the public schools.

I know that private schools who also have a budget and uses their funding more wisely. Also what I have been seeing in my community between the private schools and public schools. That the private schools are getting better test scores, have nicer properties, better teachers, better equipment, and better educated students. Now with the public schools their schools are crumbling, broken or no equipment, poorly trained staff, and the drop out rate of students are high. Now when students go off to a higher learning school the privte schools send all or most of the students. The oppisite for the public school.

Now I have been seeing lately that the public schools are threating too layoff staff and close schools due to funding. If a referadom is not passed during each election. During this same time the private schools who rarely never or don't ask for funding are flurishing. I never seen a private school close or layoff employees for lack of funding. Why does the public schools always ask for money every time and the private schools do not?

I believe that the public schools should be more responsble for their money. They should learn how to save their pennys to do what is needed. There should be some type of investigation the miss uses of the funds. Also the public schools need to learn guickly from the private schools on using funds more wisely. I want the kids to have the best possible education there is. I just don't want the kids to fall back any further. I it is time for my kids to start going to school, I'll have my kids going to a private school so they can learn a hole lot better.
